Some other tips (which may or may not be applicable, again depending on your epic build): the "all" flowsheet template will sometimes have values that won't show up in other defaults. to see more values, find a way to search for other templates (for my build there is a textbox near the refresh button) and search for something like "all" or "data". sometimes these default templates may not have all the values you want. Optional: There are usually several default flowsheet templates already available, usually titled "vitals" or something as I mentioned earlier. Use the displayed ID with smartphrases as desired If there is a corresponding value for the search, the search results will show it next to a column with ID Use the first box to search for the desired flowsheet value Select one of the flowsheet default templates (eg vitals, intake-output) Additionally, it may be different depending on what build of epic you are using. Eventually I did find a way, though it isn't perfect. I went through the regular channels first as other replies have stated-unfortunately, no one seemed to know what I was talking about or they had no idea how to find the values.
